Relying on the resources of Hong Kong's international communication hub, the institution carries out standardized bilingual external publicity work, with cultural exchange as the core, objectively showcasing the cultural achievements and cooperation progress of emerging economies and multilateral cooperation entities, and building standardized, stable, and positive cross regional international communication channels.
BRICS HIGH‑LEVEL DIALOGUE
《金磚訪談》是機構旗艦國際對話欄目，以高端專訪為核心常態化開展跨國高端訪談，邀請各國駐華外交官員、國際學者、行業權威專家開展深度對話；聚焦多邊框架下的人文交流、區域協作、文明互鑒、國際友好發展與可持續發展等核心議題，輸出客觀分析與專業觀點，依托雙語期刊與數字平台面向全球傳播，搭建常態化跨區域高端文化對話機制。

機構在香港開展全流程合規國際出版業務，定期發行正刊、文化特刊、峰會主題刊物和各類專題出版物，建立穩定規範的雙語國際出版與跨境分發體系，為多邊文化交流和學術溝通提供權威內容載體。
The institution carries out full process compliant international publishing business in Hong Kong, regularly issuing regular issues, cultural special issues, summit themed publications, and various thematic publications, establishing a stable and standardized bilingual international publishing and cross-border distribution system, and providing authoritative content carriers for multilateral cultural and academic exchanges.
