BRICS Magazine Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of BRICS (China) Group Co., Ltd., with its registered and operational headquarters located in Hong Kong, China. It is the core executive platform for the group to carry out international journal publishing, bilingual external publicity, and cross regional cultural exchanges.
《金磚國家雜誌》由金磚國家（中國）集團有限公司主辦，所有編輯、出版、印製和全球發行流程均在香港完成。刊物為繁體中文、英文雙語雙月刊，具備紙質版、數字版兩套國際標準連續出版物刊號。
刊物聚焦金磚國家及新興經濟體的文化建設、文明傳承、雙邊往來、經貿融合、區域發展和國際合作議題，以專業文化傳播為核心，承擔學術參考、機構存檔、國際交流、文明互鑒的公共服務功能。刊物定向推送至各國駐華外交機構、政府部門、高校科研院所、圖書館和多邊合作組織，是多邊合作領域具有穩定權威性和公信力的雙語出版平台。
The BRICS Magazine is hosted by BRICS (China) Group Limited, and all editing, publishing, printing, and global distribution processes are completed in Hong Kong. The publication is a bimonthly bilingual publication in traditional Chinese and English, with two sets of international standard serial numbers for paper and digital editions.
The publication focuses on cultural construction, civilization inheritance, bilateral exchanges, economic and trade integration, regional development, and international cooperation issues of BRICS countries and emerging economies. With professional cultural dissemination as the core, it undertakes public service functions such as academic reference, institutional archiving, international exchange, and mutual learning of civilizations. The publication is targeted and pushed to diplomatic institutions, government departments, universities, research institutes, libraries, and multilateral cooperation organizations of various countries in China. It is a bilingual publishing platform with stable authority and credibility in the field of multilateral cooperation.
雪峰，資深國際媒體從業者、跨文化議題研究學者、紀實影像策展人，擁有十餘年跨區域外宣與國際內容運營管理經驗。現任金磚國家（中國）集團有限公司董事、金磚國家雜誌社有限公司總編輯、重點欄目《金磚訪談》總製片人、紀錄片《戰地攝影師》總策劃。
長期從事跨境文化報道和國際高端專訪工作，具備完整的國際媒體運營、內容建設和體系搭建能力。全面負責《金磚國家雜誌》整體策劃、編輯制度建設、內容品質把控和跨區域品牌布局，在金磚國家及新興市場經濟體建立了穩定的國際採訪與合作渠道。
牽頭策劃並長期運營旗艦欄目《金磚訪談》，常態化開展國際高端對話，邀請各國駐華外交人員、各行業權威代表開展深度交流，傳遞開放包容、平等互利的多邊合作理念。同時深耕紀實影像創作，用影像記錄全球區域發展成果與人文風貌，增進各國民眾的相互理解與文化認同。

Xuefeng, a senior international media practitioner, cross-cultural research scholar, and documentary image curator, has over ten years of experience in cross regional external promotion and international content operation management. The current director of BRICS (China) Group Co., Ltd., editor in chief of BRICS Magazine Co., Ltd., chief producer of the key program "BRICS Interview", and chief planner of the documentary "War Photographer".
Engaged in long-term cross-border cultural reporting and international high-end interviews, possessing complete international media operation, content construction, and system building capabilities. Fully responsible for the overall planning, editorial system construction, content quality control, and cross regional brand layout of the BRICS Magazine, and establishing stable international interview and cooperation channels in BRICS countries and emerging market economies.
Lead the planning and long-term operation of the flagship program "BRICS Interview", regularly carry out international high-end dialogues, invite foreign diplomats and authoritative representatives from various industries to conduct in-depth exchanges, and convey the concept of open, inclusive, equal and mutually beneficial multilateral cooperation. At the same time, we will deepen our cultivation of documentary image creation, using images to record the achievements of global regional development and cultural landscapes, and enhance mutual understanding and cultural identity among people from various countries.
